My Background … Through a diverse career path in the industries of technology, legal, telecommunications, and technical recruitment, my roles have included management with full P&L responsibility, business development, human resources, and administration. I have worked with clients in the technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, government, retail, and NGO/non-profit sectors. I have also worked with small business owners and startups.
My formal education includes a Masters in Liberal Studies (Counseling/Training & Development) from NC State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I received my Business Coaching certification through Duke University.
About My Work … You may have noticed 3 words on my home page – connect, learn, and grow. As a coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer, I help clients connect with what they want for their careers, organizations, and lives so that they are effective and bringing the best of what they have to offer in any situation. Working with my clients is a learning process for both of us. I have expertise to share, and my clients have expertise as well; our collective learning expands beyond anything we could discover separately. The outcome of our working together is growth – always!
